LumaEnergy provides lighting retrofit services across Ontario, including LED lighting upgrades, lighting audits, smart lighting solutions, and rebate assistance. Before any work begins, a detailed estimate or proposal will be provided for review and approval. The scope of work, materials, and projected timeline will be clearly defined.

In most cases, a deposit is required to secure materials and schedule your project. The remaining balance is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment methods accepted include electronic transfer, cheque, or credit card. Delays in payment may result in service interruption, late fees, or withholding of final documentation (such as rebate forms or project reports).

Clients are responsible for ensuring site access and safe working conditions during installation. Any additional work or changes to the original scope may result in revised pricing and timelines.

LumaEnergy assists clients with available rebate programs from local utility providers, such as Save on Energy. While we do our best to ensure your application is accurate and submitted on time, approval and funding are managed by third-party organizations. We cannot guarantee rebate eligibility or processing timeframes.

All installed products include the manufacturer’s warranty. In addition, we provide a limited one-year workmanship warranty covering installation quality and system performance. If any issues arise within this period, we will address them at no additional cost, provided they are not caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, or third-party interference.

LumaEnergy is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that result from equipment failure, power interruptions, utility delays, or site-related issues outside our control.
