Why It Matters

Why Office Lighting Matters for Productivity and Savings

01

LED Lighting Retrofits for Office Spaces

We replace outdated fluorescents with low-glare, high-efficiency LED panels that brighten up open-plan areas, executive offices, and meeting rooms. These upgrades improve visual comfort, reduce flicker, and align with modern office aesthetics. Whether you need T-bar troffers, recessed downlights, or suspended fixtures, we select the right solution for each zone of your workplace.

02

Energy Savings That Improve Your Bottom Line

LED office lighting can reduce your energy usage by up to 70%, especially when combined with smart controls like occupancy sensors and daylight harvesting. Less maintenance, longer lifespan, and fewer bulb replacements translate to lower operating costs and a fast return on investment. Our clients often see full payback in under 24 months.

03

Healthier, More Productive Work Environments

Studies show that lighting quality impacts employee focus, mood, and even absenteeism. We help create brighter, more comfortable spaces that support productivity, reduce eye strain, and foster wellness — all while lowering your carbon footprint.

Compliance & Safety for Ontario Lighting Upgrades

All LumaEnergy projects are completed by ECRA/ESA-licensed electrical contractors to the Ontario Electrical Safety Code. Our crews are WSIB-covered, trained in Working at Heights, lockout/tagout and lift operation. We stage work to maintain safe egress, file ESA notifications where required, and recycle fluorescent/HID lamps through approved facilities.

ESA-Licensed Electrical Work

Electrical work is performed by ECRA/ESA-licensed contractors and inspected as required. We file ESA notifications, label circuits, and commission lighting to code on every retrofit.

WSIB-Covered Crews & Certified Training

Technicians are WSIB-covered and trained in Working at Heights, OHSA compliance, and scissor/boom-lift operation. Lockout/tagout and job-hazard analyses are completed before work starts.

Proper Disposal & Recycling (Fluorescent/HID)

Old lamps and ballasts are packaged, transported, and recycled via approved facilities. You receive disposal documentation with your closeout package. No mercury left on site.

Low-Disruption, ESA-Ready Install

We schedule after-hours or phased installs, maintain safe egress and signage, and keep areas clean. Final handover includes ESA paperwork (when applicable), cut sheets, and warranties.

The process of getting a quote, applying for a rebate, and installation was seamless. The work was well done, and the customer service was excellent. A special thank you to Faysal ! Highly recommended.

Yes. We work with trusted Midstream distributors who apply eligible rebates directly at the time of purchase.

What types of LED fixtures do you use in offices?

We use troffers, flat panels, and linear fixtures that match your ceiling type, layout, and lighting needs — all DLC-listed and backed by warranty.

Can you upgrade meeting rooms and private offices too?

Absolutely. Each space gets the right lighting strategy — from downlights in meeting rooms to task lighting in executive offices.

How long does an office retrofit take?
