02
Energy Efficiency Without Compromise
Our LED solutions turn on instantly, run cooler, and last up to 10 times longer than older technologies. They're designed to run efficiently even in high-traffic or long-hour environments, reducing energy waste without sacrificing quality or coverage. We also design layouts that eliminate dark spots and glare.
03
Tailored Solutions for Every Business Type
Each commercial space has different lighting needs. We assess ceiling heights, space usage, customer flow, and decor to recommend the right fixture type and placement. From suspended linear lights to ceiling panels and accent spots, we design with aesthetics, efficiency, and safety in mind.

Frequently Asked Questions
What qualifies as a commercial lighting upgrade?
It refers to replacing old lighting systems in spaces like retail stores, offices, restaurants, gyms, and salons with modern, energy-efficient LED fixtures.
How does lighting affect the customer experience?
Lighting shapes how customers feel in your space. Brighter, well-placed lighting increases comfort, visibility, and dwell time — which often boosts sales.
What types of commercial spaces do you retrofit?
We upgrade lighting for retail shops, medical clinics, cafes, showrooms, fitness centres, and multi-tenant commercial buildings across Ontario.
Can you work after business hours?
Yes. We regularly complete installs during evenings or weekends to avoid interrupting customer traffic or daily operations.
Are your LED systems dimmable or colour selectable?
Yes. We offer commercial-grade fixtures that support dimming and colour temperature adjustment to fit branding and design needs.
Can lighting upgrades help reduce hydro bills?
Absolutely. Most businesses save 40–60% on lighting energy. With longer lifespan and fewer replacements, total operating costs drop significantly.
What brands or fixtures do you typically install?
We use trusted commercial brands like Satco, Eiko, and Liteline — all CSA and DLC-certified with strong warranties.
Do you help with rebate programs in Ontario?
Yes. We partner with Midstream distributors so eligible rebates are applied instantly — no paperwork or delays.
How long does a commercial retrofit usually take?
Most jobs are completed in 2 to 5 days depending on square footage and number of fixtures. We plan around your schedule to stay efficient.
Can you upgrade exterior lights as part of the project?
Yes. Many commercial clients include wall packs, signage lighting, and entry lighting to complete the full property upgrade.
